I research Post-UTME past questions to understand how previous examination questions influence students’ preparation and performance in university entry screening exams. Practicing past questions helps students become familiar with exam formats, identify key topics, and manage time effectively during tests. It also boosts confidence and reduces anxiety by giving students a clearer idea of what to expect. However, relying solely on past questions without grasping the underlying concepts may limit true learning and problem-solving skills. The outcome of this research highlights that past questions serve as a useful supplement to comprehensive study of the syllabus rather than a replacement for it.
